'土木工程(建筑结构工程)毕业设计摘要轻型钢结构门式刚架由于其具有重量轻、造价低、安装方便、施工周期短等优点,近几年在我国发展较快,尤其在工业厂房中已得到广泛的应用。本文即为一个典型的无吊车单层单跨双坡门式刚架轻型厂房的设计书。本设计是根据建筑所给的工程设计条件,并依据《建筑结构荷载规范》、《钢结构设计规范》、《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》等规范规程进行的。内容主要包括工程工况介绍,荷载计算,荷载组合,内力计算,以及屋面檩条、墙梁、刚架、抗风柱、支撑、节点、基础等部分的设计计算。其中,刚架的设计首先是通过建筑科学研究院PKPM钢结构设计软件STS进行荷载内力计算和截面优选,然后根据相关的规范公式通过手算对其结果进行验算,其余内容主要通过手算完成。关键词:门式钢架,强度,稳定性,挠度65土木工程(建筑结构工程)毕业设计65

土木工程(建筑结构工程)毕业设计前言80年代以来,国外的轻钢结构建筑逐步进入了国内市场。由于其灵活面广,用钢量小,工厂化生产实现能力强,现场安装简便迅速,施工周期短,因而在国内市场中应用越来越广泛,受到广大用户的认可及好评。特别是门式刚架,由于其造型简洁美观,在各类民用与工业建筑中适应性较强,跨度灵活,单跨多跨可不同结合,因而广泛应用于大面积的厂房、仓库和各类公共建设。门式刚架轻钢结构已成为当今轻型化建筑结构的主要形式,它能有效利用材料,构件尺寸小,可以在工厂批量生产,保证质量,而且可循环利用而被广泛应用于工业厂房和公共建筑中,其优越性和经济效益是不言而喻的,主要表现在以下几个方面:(1)构造简单,材料单一。容易做到设计标准化、定型化以及构件加工制作工业化,销售、设计、生产可以全部采用计算机控制,产品质量好,生产效率高。(2)抗震性能好。由于刚架结构属于柔性结构、自重轻,因而能有效地降低地震响应及灾害影响程度,极有利于抗震。(3)施工周期短。门式刚架轻钢结构的最大优点是:所有构件均可以由工厂制作,现场拼接安装,构件标准定型装配化程度高,所以现场安装简单快速,现场只要用螺栓、铆钉锁紧或焊接,即可完成组装工作,可缩短工期,资金回收快。(4)可以满足多种生产工艺和使用功能的要求。轻钢结构建筑体系在建筑造型、色彩以及结构跨度、柱距等方面的选择上灵活多样,给设计者提供了充分展示才能的条件。(5)宜于拆卸搬迁。一旦业主对所建厂址不满意或外界环境发生意想不到的变化,则整个建筑可在很短时间内拆迁,损失极小,而所有这些特点是钢筋混凝土建筑所无法具备的。(6)符合环保要求。钢材是一种理想的生态型建筑材料,它强度高、耐久性好、端板连接的半钢性对门式刚架结构性能影响的研究易于回收,具有良好的重复利用性;与传统的建筑形式相比,轻钢结构建筑具有良好的环保性、节能性;它可拆除回收,对环境的二次破坏小,材料可以回收利用,符合可持续发展战略。(7)空间利用率高。在同样荷载状态下,构件断面小,可以大大提高有效利用面积。与钢筋混凝土结构相比,钢结构可增加有效利用面积3-6%左右。65土木工程(建筑结构工程)毕业设计65
土木工程(建筑结构工程)毕业设计(8)价格便宜。近几年来,随着我国钢产量的增加,钢材价格的下调,竞争的激烈,轻钢结构建筑与同类钢筋混凝土结构相比,造价持平或略低,当厂房的跨度越大时,其优势更为明显,这也是它赖以竞争的一大优势。(9)综合经济效益好。由于施工周期短,可以提前投入使用,提前获取投资效益;更由于采用色彩鲜艳的彩色压型钢板,美观华丽,改善了周边环境的动态感;因为建筑物本身的自重轻,一般情况下不需要做桩基,可以节省投资;由于采用了聚苯乙烯泡沫夹心板或单板加保温棉等措施后,使保温、隔热效果良好。彩色钢板是以镀锌为基板,硅酮作为表面,耐久性也较好。轻钢结构的内力是以弯矩为主,柱虽是压弯构件,也是弯矩的效应大于压力。如果变化的构件截面适应弯矩力形,即构件接近满应力设计截面:明显可以大大节省钢材。然而,轻型钢结构是近几年在国内才发展起来的新型结构形式,由于宣传力度不够,未得到广泛认同,工程应用多集中在东南沿海地区,且主要用于中小型工业建筑,公共建筑和商业建筑中应用较少,设计人员也没有充分认识到轻型钢结构的优越性。在设计轻型钢结构时,设计人员钢结构知识和概念陈旧,缺乏相关知识培训,对轻钢结构设计不熟悉,且受传统钢结构设计思想束缚,导致设计用钢量比国外同类结构高。此外我国对轻型钢结构的理论和试验研究尚不够深人,例如如何考虑结构的整体稳定、空间作用、蒙皮效应等,国外已有成熟的规范,国内尚无可靠的设计依据。一些工程的制作和安装技术还停留在手工操作阶段,从而制约了轻型钢结构的推广和应用。计算机辅助设计、计算机辅助绘图、计算机辅助制造技术还处于初级阶段,国内尚无公认的成熟专业化轻钢设计软件,国外已实现计算机三维建模分析、设计、绘图和辅助集成制造一体化,在节点设计、构件详图标准化、信息系统管理、工程量、造价自动计算、材料表生成等方面已全部计算机化。计算机成图自动化,减少了尺寸计算错误设计与制作加工集成,实现无图纸下料加工,在制作和加工方面国内外有相当大的差距。综上所述,为进一步促进钢结构建筑的应用范围,降低建筑成本,全面提高经济效益,对门式刚架进行优化设计就显得尤为重要。本文就重庆市某区某家具城24×72m单层单跨双坡变截面轻型轻钢结构厂房设计为例,通过一个完整的门式刚架轻钢厂房中檩条、墙梁、抗风柱、刚架梁柱和节点的设计,对门式刚架轻型钢结构厂房做优化设计可行性研究。65土木工程(建筑结构工程)毕业设计65

土木工程(建筑结构工程)毕业设计1.3初设方案1.3.1钢架柱与抗风柱厂房纵向长度84m,设纵向柱距6m,共设15榀框架,第1轴线钢架与第15轴线钢架设置抗风柱。厂房横向跨度30m,边跨设横向抗风柱柱距7.5m,共设3根抗风柱,柱底铰接。1.3.2屋面、墙面布置屋面采用压型钢板加保温棉,采用C型冷弯薄壁性檩条,檩条隅撑隔跨布置,屋脊、屋檐处设置斜拉条,在第1轴线钢架与第2轴线钢架、第8轴线钢架与第9轴线钢架、第14轴线钢架与第15轴线钢架处设置水平支撑和竖向支撑,水平支撑与竖向支撑在同一空间内,从而提高屋面结构的整体空间性能。1.3.3变形缝由于该厂房纵向长度84m,所以不需设置伸缩缝;土壤地址条件良好,不需设置沉降缝;根据地震设防烈度为7度,不需设置防震缝。1.3.4室内外高差的确定厂房建筑室内外高差,考虑运输工具进出厂房的便利及防止雨水侵入室内,选取了150mm。第二章荷载1、永久荷载标准值(按水平投影面):屋面恒载0.3kN/m2。2、可变荷载标准值:屋面活荷载0.5kN/m2,但刚架的受荷面积大于60m2,可按0.3kN/m2考虑。3、雪载:基本雪压s0为0.3kN/m2;ur=1.0;雪荷载sk=urs0=0.3kN/m2×1.0=0.3kN/m2。活荷载与雪荷载中取较大值0.365
